Navigation Without a Mouse 
The website can be operated using only a keyboard. The portal pages are structured with headers that allow quick navigation. Filters, forms, and other functionalities are built according to standards and are accessible via keyboard. Users who do not use a mouse can navigate the portal without difficulty. Each page includes shortcut links to:
•    the main menu,
•    page content,
•    search engine,
•    site map.

Procedure 

Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of a website, mobile application, or any of their elements. You may also request access to information through an alternative method, such as reading a digitally inaccessible document aloud or describing the content of a video without audio description. The request should include the requester’s contact details, the specific website or application in question, and the preferred method of contact. If the requester requires information in an alternative format, they should specify the preferred method of delivery. The public entity must fulfill the request promptly, no later than within 7 days of submission. If this deadline cannot be met, the entity must inform the requester when the request will be fulfilled, which must be no later than 2 months from the date of submission. If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may propose an alternative method of access. If the public entity refuses to fulfill the request for digital accessibility or alternative access, the requester may file a complaint regarding the accessibility of the website, mobile application, or their elements. After exhausting the above procedure, a request may also be submitted to the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Architectural Accessibility 

The building of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin located at ul. Jagiellońska 20–21, which houses the International Relations Office, has been adapted for use by persons with disabilities through:
•    appropriate signage
•    removal of architectural barriers
•    removal of communication barriers
•    access to rooms for persons with disabilities
•    ergonomic solutions

Specific adaptations include:
1.    Main and side entrances to the building are adapted for persons with disabilities.
2.    Two designated and marked parking spaces for persons with disabilities are available on the premises (one in front of and one behind the building).
3.    Ramps with handrails have been installed to enable access for wheelchair users.
4.    The main entrance features automatic doors for unobstructed entry.
5.    An elevator adapted for persons with disabilities is installed in the building.
6.    The elevator includes additional audio signals with full voice announcements indicating direction, door opening/closing.
7.    Four accessible restrooms are available in the building—one on each floor.
