European University EUNICoast
Twelve universities, including the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, located on islands, in port cities, and in Europe's coastal zones, form the EUNICoast alliance. Anchored in spirit and practice by the sea, the consortium strives to highlight its importance.
EUNIcoast views the sea not as a border, but as a source of shared experiences, economic prosperity, and ecological sustainability. Its goal is to support the mobility of students and academic staff, as well as the development of scientific research and strengthen the competitiveness of European higher education.
EUNIcoast strives to create an integrated educational and research space that connects universities from Europe's coastal regions. The vision is to build an academic community that responds to the climatic, social, and economic challenges of coastal regions.
Core values: International cooperation, sustainable development, innovation, openness and mobility, European community and solidarity.
